In Gelatins performances we will see a life energy we thought had been forgotten. Their enigmatic actions of only peripheral dingcharacter populate the gallery and refer to elements of impurity, the ugly, pain and death. At the same time, Gelatin's fleischfarbenfrohe schizographies take it upon themselves to be full of liveliness, beauty and optimism. They act as seismographs of their anomic time. O’Flaherty’s Gelatin O´Flattering brings the most obscure, most repressed elements of our culture to life.
Gelatin is the return of the repressed.
Like an echo from the future or an epiphany in a swinger club, Young Boy Dancing Group will join Gelatin in the second part of this performance series.
